• Buy forex.com will not be responsible for any transaction executed through us by forge or unprofessed information. User will be solely responsible for such action and liable to regulatory actions
• All orders need to be completely complied with regulatory guidelines; any deviation from the same will be the sole responsibility of the user. (If you need any information on guidelines please write/call us at forex-care@ebixcash.com /892-948-5250)
• All order values will be rounded off to the nearest currency unit.
• Deliveries only to the area covered by EbixCash World Money, for location assistance call our helpline.
• Rates are subjected to major fluctuation.
• User understands and agrees that all other foreign currency travel card related terms and condition as displayed on the card issuing banks website will be applicable.
• The source of funds for making the purchases/remittances on this site belong to me and the foreign exchange shall not be used for prohibited purposes.
• The orders placed are not designed for the purpose of any contravention or evasion of the provisions of the FEMA 1999 Act or of any Rule, Regulation, Notification, Direction or Order made there under.
• The Customer agrees and undertakes to provide such information /documents as will reasonably satisfy us about the transaction in terms of the RBI Limits for Foreign Exchange Purchases or sales. The customer shall be responsible and liable for any incorrect information provided by him.
• The foreign exchange purchased from this site should be used within 60 days of purchase. In case it is not possible to use the foreign exchange within the period of 60 days, same should be surrendered to an authorised person.
• Door delivery will only be available for order value greater than USD 250 or equivalent and within city limit of 20kms from the branch.
• Door Delivery of all orders will be done between Mondays to Saturday 10:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. only. No deliveries will be made on National or State specific holidays.
• All documents are mandatory. A2/BTQ form and Bank reload forms need to be submitted for every transaction.
• Payment and all 'relevant' documents need to be submitted within 24 hrs of placing the order or else the rates will be applicable when the complete payment and documentation is received.
• Currency notes are subjected to availability
• We do not accept coins for encashment.
• Encashment of currency notes will only happen after verification by branch for the condition/validity of notes, transaction can be denied if branch does not find the currency apropriate for encashment.

This Web site is for your personal and non-commercial use. You will not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information, software, products or services obtained from this Web site.

• For order cancelled on client's request or non-compliance, the amount will be refunded after a deduction of Payment Gateway Charges. In case of orders placed through Partial payment request, order confirmation fee of 2% will not be refunded.

• This fee is also known as 'Merchant Service fee', and is applicable for all transactions where customer wants to pay online. Currently this fee is 2%, and is subjected to change as decided by respective service provider.

• ATM withdrawal Charges are specific to each bank card. Please check the appropriate bank website for the same. General schedule of charges will also be available in the information booklet provided with the card kit.
• All encashment will be done only in favour of card holder, irrespective of payment being done by primary card holder (Regulatory Norms and Standard Operating Procedures).
• The informationprovided on our website is used only for the completion of services; we may share this information with our partners for completion of services with whom we have lawful contracts. We ensure all data collected is completely secured and safe.
• Buyforex.com may amend/ change the usage policy for betterment of client service and safety. User is advised to review these clauses in regular interval or you may write to us for any further query.
• Unauthorized use of the website may lead to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offense.
• You agree and understand that you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password which together with your login e-mail address, allows you to access certain portions of the website.
• If you become aware of any unauthorized use of your registration information, you agree to notify us immediately.
• From time to time this website may also include links to other websites. These links are provided for your convenience to provide further information. They do not signify that we endorse the website(s). We have no responsibility for the content of the linked website(s).
• Any material downloaded or otherwise obtained through the use of the website is done at your own discretion and risk and you are solely responsible for any damage to your computer system or loss of any data that results from the download of any such material.
• The Customer shall be responsible for regularly reviewing these Terms including amendments thereto as may be posted on the Website.
• The Customer agrees to protect and fully compensate Buyforex.com and their affiliates from any and all third party claims, liability, damages, expenses and costs, including, but not limited to, reasonable attorney's fees, caused by or arising from violation of the terms and conditions, infringement or infringement by any other user of Customer's account, intellectual property or other right of anyone.
• All rates are indicative.
• Buyforex.com is a service provider and does not own any of the products.
• Buyforex.com takes complete responsibility of servicing our clients for all transactions made through us in coordination with our service provider
• Buyforex.com may send newsletters, promotional messages & updates to registered users when required.
• This service is only available for Indian Nationals residing in India.

The revised rates of GST applicable for money changing transactions and effective from 1st July, 2017 are as under:

• Gross Amount of Transaction : Value up to Rs.1,00,000/-
• Applicable tax: One per cent. of the gross amount of currency exchanged for an amount up to one lakh rupees, subject to a minimum amount of two hundred and fifty rupees.
  Eg. If Gross amount = 90,000/- then GST = 18% of (1% of the Gross Amount)
• The minimum amount of service tax to be paid is Rs.45/- irrespective of transaction value up to Rs.25,000/-
• Gross Amount of Transaction: Value > Rs.1,00,000 up to Rs.10,00,000/-
• Applicable tax: One thousand rupees and half of a per cent. of the gross amount of currency exchanged for an amount exceeding one lakh rupees and up to ten lakh rupees.
  Eg. If Gross amount = 1, 90,000/- then GST = 18% of (1,000+ .5% of 90,000 (i.e. 1,00,000-1,90,000))
• Gross Amount of Transaction: Value > Rs.10,00,000/-
• Applicable tax: Five thousand and five hundred rupees and one tenth of a per cent. of the gross amount of currency exchanged for an amount exceeding ten lakh rupees, subject to maximum amount of sixty thousand rupees.
  Eg. If Gross amount = 10, 90,000/- then GST= 18% of (5,500+ .1% of 90,000 (i.e. 10,00,000-10,90,000))
• All payments made are routed directly to RBI authorised service provider, who will be delivering your forex.
• All Transactions to be executed by an RBI dealer.

• TCS will be applicable for all transactions above INR 7 lacs except tour cost remittances wherein TCS will be applicable on the entire amount from INR 1
• TCS will be applicable on all modes (Remittance, FCY cash, Travel card, FCY DD, FCY TC) of foreign exchange availed by an individual
• TCS will be applicable on all LRS related transactions at the rate of 5%
• The period for calculation of TCS will be the Financial Year (01/04/2020 to 31/03/2021). Eg: if an individual has availed FX worth 7 lacs during the period April to September 2020 there is no liability to pay TCS. However, he will be subjected to TCS for any additional FX purchase from 1st October 2020 to 31st March 2021
• TCS for tour cost remittance will have to be collected by the tour operator and remitted to the government. A declaration from the tour operator has to be obtained for all transactions
• For overseas student remittances where the student has availed of an education loan the rate of TCS applicable is 0.5% (copy of loan disbursement letter to be obtained) and if self-funded rate is 5%
• AExemption (if applicable) on TCS can be made only basis a self - declaration signed by the customer that he/she has not availed of foreign exchange above Rs.7 lacs during the financial year on similar lines which is currently obtained for LRS limit declaration
• The quantum of foreign exchange availed through any of our branches can be ascertained from our accounting system and the same will be the sole deciding factor whether to collect TCS or not
• TCS will not be applicable on foreign exchange availed for Business visits abroad

• Door delivery will only be available for order value greater than USD 250 or equivalent.
• Delivery will be done within city limits of 20 Km radius from the branch
• EbixCash World Money deserves the right to terminate/modify the scheme at any time

• Secondary Card is not free and comes at a miniscule cost. The Secondary card can be availed only on requests.
• There will be charges for ATM withdrawals as well as Cash @POS. Refer the T&C in the card kit for the charges.
• Cash @POS means swiping the card at any merchant outlet to take cash in return. Merchant can charge an amount as per their wish without the involvement of EBIXCASH World Money.
• Refer the card kit T&C to understand the daily limits of cash withdrawal as well as limits for swiping card at outlets for purchases.
• Cross currency conversion charges would be applicable if currency loaded in card does not match with the local currency of the country a customer is transacting in. e.g : If a card is loaded with Euros and used in any country outside Europe then these charges are applicable. In such cases the exchange rate will be determined at the sole discretion of the bank. Refer the card kit T&C for such charges.
• This card cannot be used in India except Duty free shops on Airport.
• The card has chip & Pin protection. Certain merchants might not require a pin to be entered basis their arrangement with local banks.
• This is a bank product and the T&C's can be changed by the bank with no involvement of Ebixcash World Money.
• In case of card being lost / damaged / stolen, customer need to block the card immediately by calling the bank helpline number mentioned in Card Kit. Ebixcash World Money will not be responsible for any misuse of card in such cases.

• Offer: Customer Purchasing forex under Overseas Education Category are only eligible for "STUDENT FEST 2024"
• Eligibility: Customer who have purchased Forex under Overseas education Category equivalent to USD 10,000 & above with a minimum load/reload of USD 2,000 or its equivalent on the EbixCash World Money Globetrotter Forex Card (ECWML GTC), from www.buyforex.com, www.ebixcash.com, or from a physical retail outlet (Branch) of EbixCash World Money (ECWML) or Delphi World Money (Delphi).
• Offer Period: From 1st July 2024 to 30th September 2024.
• Products: Foreign Currency Notes, EbixCash World Money Globetrotter Forex Card (ECWML GTC) and Outward Remittance, travel


• Prizes:
• Bumper Prize: Second Term fee payment up to USD 5,000 for one lucky winner for the offer period.
• Daily Prize: Smartphone. The lucky draw for the Daily Prize will be conducted daily during the Offer Period.
• Bi-Monthly (Fortnightly) Prize: First Month Accommodation Rental reimbursement subject to a maximum of USD 500. The lucky draw for the Bi-Monthly Prize will be conducted every fortnight during the Offer Period.
• Monthly Prize: MacBook for one lucky winner. The lucky draw for the Monthly Prize will be conducted every month during the Offer Period.
• ATM Withdrawal: Customers who load/reload USD 2,000 and above or its equivalent in a single purchase on the EbixCash World Money Globetrotter Forex Card will be entitled to receive the benefit of three free ATM withdrawals during the duration of the course or for a maximum period of two years, whichever comes first.
• Assured Prize: Vouchers from specific brands, Duty-Free, Myntra, and Via.
• Winner Selection and Prize Distribution:
• Lucky Winner: A customer who meets the offer criteria and is eligible for any prize selected through a lucky draw.
• The winners of "Student Fest 2024" shall be decided by EbixCash World Money (ECWML) through a lucky draw conducted under the supervision of a committee appointed by ECWML. The committee will ensure that the lucky draw is conducted fairly and transparently, adhering to all necessary guidelines and regulations. The winners will be selected randomly from the pool of eligible customers who meet the specified criteria.
• The winner of the Prize shall be intimated through email on the registered email address. ECWML shall, with the help of an authorized vendor shall attempt to have the Prize delivered to the address registered with the ECWML. If the Prize is undelivered, ECWML shall, at its sole discretion, attempt to have the Prize delivered two more times. If the Prize is still undelivered, ECWML shall hold the Prize for the next 30 days, within which period the Customer should contact ECWML to avail the Prize. After the termination of this time period, ECWML shall be under no obligation to entertain any requests or claims for the Prize item. To ensure the Prize delivery to the eligible and winning customer, the customer permits ECWML to share the customer’s details like name, address, phone number, etc., with the authorized vendor for delivery of the Prize item. In case a customer cancels any transaction/s, due to which he/she had qualified for the Prize, then the customer shall no longer be eligible for the Prize.
• Prize announcements:
• Bumper Prize: within 30 days of the end of the contest period.
• Daily Prize: from 15th July till 15th October 2024.
• Bi-Monthly Prize: from 30th July to 15th October 2024.
• Monthly Prize: from 15th August to 15th October 2024.
• Assured Gift vouchers: will be emailed to the registered email id the next working day post order confirmation
• General Terms:
• The Prize is non-transferable, non-binding, and non-encashable.
• The offers in this contest cannot be clubbed with any other program/contest that may be made available to the customers by ECWML.
• All visuals of the Prize are for representation purposes only.
• ECWML reserves the right to modify/change all or any of the terms applicable to the Program without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever. ECWML also reserves the right to discontinue the Program without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever.
• ECWML holds out no warranty or makes no representation about the quality, delivery, or otherwise of the goods and services.
• ECWML shall not be held liable for any delay or loss that may be caused in the delivery of the goods and services or the assured prizes.
• ECWML does not guarantee and make any representation about the usefulness, worthiness, and/or character of the discount/benefit or of the Products/Services under the Offer provided.
• All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts/tribunals of Mumbai.
• EbixCash World Money reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this offer with another offer, whether similar to this offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether.
• Assured Gift shall be sent via email to the customer’s registered email id with ECWML.
• The Merchant reserves the right to withdraw, modify, cancel, and change the offer at any point of time without prior notice and at their sole discretion.
